A: While we don’t currently have ongoing discounts, we pride ourselves on offering competitive pricing and excellent customer service to ensure you get the best value for your storage needs. Be sure to ask our managers about any current promotions.

Q: Can I access my storage unit 24/7?

A: Access hours for all U-Stor-It locations are on weekdays from: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturday: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. While you can’t access the facility outside of these hours, our secure system ensures that your belongings are safe when you're not around.

Q: How do I reserve a unit?

A: Reserving a unit is easy! Simply contact the facility location that’s most convenient for you by phone or email, or visit the location in person. Our friendly staff will help you select the right unit and get you set up quickly.

Q: Do I need a lock for my unit?

A: Yes, tenants are required to provide their own lock. We recommend a high-quality lock for added security. You can also purchase a lock at the facility if needed.
